Can we smoke or vape in the tents ?
It is not permitted to smoke or vape in the tents but you can on the outside of your own decking area where an ashtray will be provided. Please dispose of cigarettes safely.
What are the check in and check out times ?
Arrival time is after 4.00 pm and guests are requested to vacate their lodge by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
What are the "House Rules" ?
We kindly ask that guests keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11.00 pm untill 8.00 am in consideration of other guests. Noise does carry through the canvas of the lodges. If you wish to listen to music at a late hour please use headphones.
Do the lodges have a safe ?
Yes, they do. We will provide you with a key.
Do you accept Dogs ?
Yes, we do in two of our lodges. We kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture and bedding. Dogs must not be left unsupervised in the lodges.
Car parking at the lodges ?
The parking area is just inside the entrance on the site. You haven’t got far to walk to your accommodation. You will be provided with a trolly / barrow to take your luggage.
Can I book more than one lodge or the whole site ?
Yes, but please call or email us with your requirements.
What is the maximum capacity for each lodge ?
Each lodge sleeps 6, plus 2. Additionally, there room for a baby toddler in a travel cot.
Is there a cot/high chair ?
Travel cots and high chairs are available upon request, please let us know and we can ensure they are awaiting your arrival in the lodge.
Is there a returnable security deposit ?
A 150 € security deposit will be taken as part of your booking payment. This will be refunded after checkout subject to there being no damages or missing items.
Accessiblilty - Do the lodges have any steps ?
Each lodge is different but averages between 1 and 3 steps to your decking area.
Once you are inside there are no steps. Please call us if you require more information.
How to get to us?
The closest airport is Split. Upon arrival you can take a shuttle bus which departs directly outside the airport building. Pay 8€ per person to the the driver at time of boarding.
Upon arrival in Split harbour. You need to cross over the road to the Jadrolinija kiosk to obtain a ferry ticket.
Options for sailing:
Split to Stari Grad - Ferry sailing for foot passengers and vehicles
Split to Jelsa - Catamaran sailing for foot passengers only.
Split to Hvar town -Catamaran sailing for foot passengers only.
Please note Stari Grad Port and Jelsa are the nearest to our Glamping site.
Another car ferry crossing option is from Drvenik further down the coast to Sucuraj on the island.

We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and hope we have provided most things you would need.Here is what’s provided and what you need to bring.
Kitchen and dining area
Twin electric induction hob, refrigerator with a small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee pot.
For cooking there are pans and pots, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils.
We also provide a kitchen starter kit with Bin bags, washing up liquid and capsules for dishwashing machine, cling film, foil and kitchen towels, salt and pepper.
First aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
Lounge area
Sofa with a coffee table.
Dining room table.
Bedroom
Cosy cotton bed linen , fluffy pillows and a duvet should you ever need a one.
Shower room
Bath, hand towels and shower mat. We provide a starter kit with loo paper, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Outside decking area
Table and chairsGreat for viewing sunset and sunrise and not forgetting starry skies.The place is so magical at night with fairy lights and lanterns.
For laundry
We provide hand wash and 2 drying racks. Details of local launderettes are included in our lodge information pack.
What to bring ?
Beach towels, Swim costumes and swim shoes for the pebbled beaches if you prefer. Your clothes, slippers, toiletries and food of course.
What is the water/plumbing situation ?
We do not have mains water yet in this area so we rely on the fire brigade in Jelsa to deliver water for us. The grey water ( waste water ) from the sinks, showers and toilets passes through a Bio Rock treatment Eco system.
It’s then pumped back up to the top of the site to an old well. We use this water for the olive trees and plants on our site so none of it is wasted.
On the island you may not see rain for 6 - 9 months so this plays an important role for us. Please conserve water as much as you possibly can.
Booking/Cancellation Policy
Check in is from 4.00 pm and check out before 10.00 am.
A deposit of 150 € will be taken and refunded after check out subject to there being no damages or missing items.
To secure your booking we require 30% deposit.
You will forfeit your deposit and your booking will be cancelled if full payment is not received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If cancelled with less than 30 days notice, 100% of the total booking fee will be payable. In addition to loosing your deposit, we expect the remainder of the balance to be paid (this sum alone will be returned to you by way of a voucher on resale).
If you make a cancellation with more than 30 days notice you have the option to transfer your deposit to another date, or you can be given a voucher that is valid for 2 years from the date of cancellation (it is not redeemable for cash).
If a refund is required , this will incur a 5% administration charge.
